PROCESS FOR GROUP REGISTRATION – SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR

2008 REGISTRATION FEES

1-3 Registrants from the same district - $105 each

4-19 Registrants from the same district - $95 each

20+ Registrants from the same district - $85 each

NASSAU COUNTY THROUGH NASSAU BOCES PAYMENT

1. Make sure your BOCES Letter of Intent includes Balanced Mind for the amount you intend to process.
2. Submit “Request for Artist” at www.nassauboces.org/artsined (Make sure you include payment for all Registered teachers. Presenting teachers will be submitted separately by the conference committee.)
3. Go To “Professional Development” at www.nassauboces.org/artsined . Add all teachers who you would like to Register and their email addresses. You will only be able to add the number of teachers who were paid in Step #2.
4. All teachers (who are listed in Step #3) will receive an automatic email notice that they may go online and Register for specific sessions.

SUFFOLK COUNTY THROUGH SUFFOLK BOCES PAYMENT

1. Make arrangements will Eastern Suffolk BOCES Arts-In-Ed (Carol Brown) for payment for the specific number of teachers to Register.
2. Allow 24 hours for processing, then follow Steps #2-4 as in Nassau County above.

PURCHASE ORDER PAYMENT

1. Send Purchase Order to:
